I bought my first car from Jct. Auto about 12 years ago. It was not driveable because it needed a fuel pump but I paid cash for it. Don called in a couple days and told me the fuel pump had been repaired but there was a noise in the engine and he needed to order a part. He ended up putting a different engine in the car, at no added cost to me! I drove it 3 years and it went through 2 teenage sons after that. Right now i am driving a 1997 Outback that I bought 6 years ago from Don with 195,000 miles. At the time my goal was to drive it 5 years. Now I say "if I ever have to replace my car..." It has 294,000 miles, still gets 23 to 26 mpg and my only plan is to keep having Jct. Auto do the repair and maintenance as long as I can!

I brought my Subaru to Junction Auto because it had an unusual problem that needed the Subaru experts to figure out. The Junction crew put in a tremendous effort to get the problem corrected and did it at a very reasonable cost. Many thanks for your expertise and dedication. Anyone owning a Subaru in Vermont should get their car serviced at ONLY Junction Auto.

Thanks for your friendly and professional work. We ended up taking the Subaru on a road trip this weekend; tires were very well balanced at all speeds, and the brakes are smooth and effective.

I recently moved away from Vermont, and the thing I miss the most is my garage. Don & his crew are awesome! As a female customer, who does not know a thing or two about cars - it's nice to be treated as such. I was a customer of Junction Auto for 12 years and never had a bad experience. Always a fair price, never work done that I questioned if it needed to be done, felxible hours to accomodate my busy schedules, loaner cars, GREAT serice, always spoken to with respect, all questions answered and explained. I know, a bit over the top - and I'm not even related! I have yet to find a garage in my new location that I trust as much as Junction Auto.

I have brought my Subaru in a few times for different things and they have always been very fair to me so fair in fact that maybe they are unfair to themselves (haha). Anyway this last time I brought it in I was blown away. I had an issue where my steering wheel wobbled. They looked over the suspension, nothing wrong there. They put different tires on it, test drove it and that fixed the problem. They put my old tires back on because I wasn’t buying any. The big deal here is that when I went to pick it up they didn’t’ charge me a dime!! If I had brought it to a dealership or something I bet I would be looking at bill of $100 or more. These guys are awesome; I am a poor college student so it makes it even better. I will definitely go there for now on for my repairs. Thank you!
